I am vehemently delighted to reach out to you through the website of our Maharaja's College Old Students Association.

As all of us are well aware that Maharaja's College is an illustrious institution that has positively shaped the lives of those that entered its portals. It is a fountainhead of support to many an underprivileged student who is in need of education and moral help, as much as it is a perennial spring of learning for other students.

The alumni of Maharaja's are among the fortunate few who have had the opportunity to blossom in a cosmopolitan ambience amidst a rewarding academic environment. Life at Maharaja's is an invigorating experience that paves the way for wholesome development of personality. The inspiring academic environment, the comfortable life in the hostels, the warmth and care of the Professors, and the competitive atmosphere of extra-curricular activities nurture the students to shine as leaders in their chosen fields.

The old students of Maharaja's are spread out across the world, holding positions of eminence such as Ministers in central and state ministries, in the judiciary as Judges, Ambassadors/envoys, bureaucrats, film stars, professionals, businessmen etc. I would like to appeal to them to take part in the activities of the Association, as I am sure that we can play a significant role in institution-building. The Association warmly welcomes recommendations from the members on improving the academic quality, supporting research projects, promoting industrial liaison in collaborative research, international linkage, or developing value-added projects. It may kindly be noted that the college will greatly benefit from the financial support of old students who have richly benefited from Maharaja's education and who are willing to share their blessings with the generations that follow them through the portals of Maharaja's.

Let us, therefore, be discrete and righteous in thought, word and deed, and strive to uphold the Maharaja's tradition of justice, truth and love in all our endeavours.
